Reliance Electric Service Co. has been part of the industrial fabric of western Massachusetts since the 1950s. For seven decades, facilities across the Pioneer Valley have called Reliance when a motor goes down, a drive fails, or a piece of critical equipment stops running.

That legacy did not happen by accident. It happened because Reliance showed up, did the work right, and kept showing up. The relationships built over 70 years of repair work are the most valuable asset in the company — and they are the foundation for what Reliance is becoming.

Under new ownership and new technical leadership, Reliance is expanding its capability beyond repair. The same facilities that have trusted us with their motors now have access to full automation engineering: VFD installations, custom control panels, PLC programming, process automation, and remote monitoring programs that turn reactive maintenance into predictive intelligence.
